This agreement governs use of software and integrations built and operated by Tidara Tech ("we," "us," "our") for our clients.
We grant each client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software we build for them, for the duration of their service agreement with us.
Clients may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software, and may not use it to violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected third-party service (such as QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, or Google).
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of data they provide and for maintaining the security of their own accounts and credentials used to authorize our software's access to third-party services.
Our software connects to third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365/OneDrive, and Google Calendar) under the client's own authorization. Use of those third-party services remains subject to that provider's own terms.
The software is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we make reasonable efforts to test and support it.
To the extent permitted by law, Tidara Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
Either party may terminate use of the software as outlined in the client's separate service agreement. Upon termination, we will disconnect any active third-party account access unless otherwise agreed.
