Tidara Tech ("we," "us," "our") builds and operates custom AI assistant software for our clients. This policy explains how we handle data when our software connects to a client's third-party accounts (such as QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365/OneDrive, or Google Calendar) on that client's behalf.
When a client authorizes our software to connect to a third-party service, we access only the data needed to operate that client's AI assistant — for example, accounting records, files, or calendar entries belonging to that specific client's own account.
Data accessed through these connections is used exclusively to power the features the client has requested (for example, generating invoices, retrieving files, or reading calendar appointments). We do not use client data to train AI models beyond the scope of that client's own assistant, and we do not sell client data.
We do not share, sell, or rent client data to third parties. Data may be processed by the AI service providers and hosting infrastructure we use to operate the assistant, solely for the purpose of delivering the service to that client.
Data is stored on infrastructure we control, with access restricted to the systems and personnel needed to operate the service. Clients may request deletion of stored data at any time by contacting us.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service to the client, or as otherwise required by law.
A client may revoke our software's access to any connected third-party account at any time, through that third-party service's own account settings, or by contacting us to disconnect it on their behalf.
